I am looking for a 1 bdrm apt or home to rent. I currently live in Steilacoom in a 3 bdrm, but my kids are in college, so it's just me now. I have a job, as well as a car. I pay all my bills on time. Have excellent credit, NO outside problems, and have NEVER been arrested. My kids went to school in Steilacoom and I like the area and prefer to stay nearby. I am willing to pay $700 mo. Professional (VA doc) seeking small detached home for rent (no condos, no shared walls) beginning May 2012, $1200-$2000/mo. 2-3 BR preferred. Must have good insulation during winter time. Currently, I live east of Puyallup and am hoping to reduce the commute time to American lake. I have no children, no pets, non-smoker. I'm quiet and prefer quiet area where I can focus on academic pursuits. I'm at work 7-5 daily and home on weekends/eve.
